Deep Cleaning in Denver, Colorado

Detailed deep-cleaning of kitchen and bathroom surfaces, thorough dusting and sanitizing of high-touch points, the inside of the microwave and the outside of your appliances, cabinet and drawer exteriors, spot-cleaning of baseboards, doors and trim, and vacuuming and mopping of every accessible floor. Trash removal is included for up to 4 standard bags.

Deep cleaning is priced by the size of your home. Apartments and condos run $200 (studio or 1 bedroom), $220 (2 bedrooms) and $270 (3 bedrooms). Houses and townhomes start at $320 for up to 1,499 sq ft and go up to $980 for 3,500–4,499 sq ft; homes over 4,500 sq ft get a custom quote. Prices assume a home in normal condition — if heavy buildup means the job needs more time, we tell you before we start.

Not in a Deep Clean — they are optional add-ons: inside the oven is $55, inside the fridge is $45 (empty) or $70 (full, and we discard expired items), and inside cabinets and drawers is $60. You do not pick them at checkout. Tell us before your visit, or tell your cleaner that day, and they are added to your final invoice — so you decide with your home in front of you. (In our Move-In / Move-Out cleaning, the inside of the oven, fridge and cabinets is included when they are empty.)

A 20% deposit reserves your date when you book and counts toward your total. The balance is charged to the same card on the day of your service, once the clean is complete — never before. Need to move the date? Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice and your deposit moves with you at no cost.

We schedule about 2 hours for a typical apartment and up to about 7 hours for a large estate home, depending on size — for example roughly 3 hours for a home up to 1,499 sq ft and 4 hours for 1,500–1,999 sq ft. These are scheduling estimates, not a guaranteed duration, and a crew of one or two cleaners may work your home so it is done efficiently.

No. Many clients leave a key or a door code. Just make sure we can get in, and text us any last-minute access details at (720) 365-2027 before the visit.

A Regular Clean maintains a home that is already in good shape: surfaces, floors, bathrooms and kitchen. A Deep Clean is a reset for built-up dust and grime — detailed kitchen and bath surfaces, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts, and baseboards, doors and trim. It is the right first visit for a new client, or when it has been 3+ months since a professional clean. Moving in or out? That is its own service, with the inside of the oven, fridge and cabinets included.

Yes. Eco and pet-friendly products are available on request, and we use them automatically whenever you tell us you have pets or sensitivities. Our HEPA-filter vacuums also help with pet hair and allergy season. If your home needs extra pet-focused care, our Pet Protocol add-on is $30 for up to two pets (+$5 for each additional pet).

Heavy grease or carbon buildup, carpet shampooing and move-out-level intensity are outside a Deep Clean, and so is the inside of the oven, fridge and cabinets unless you add them. Several of these are available as add-ons or custom services — ask and we will quote you before we start.

Tell us within 24 hours of your visit, with photos, and we will come back and re-clean at no charge.
