Question 1

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we arrive fully equipped with all necessary cleaning products and tools. Eco-friendly and pet-safe products are available on request, and we use them automatically whenever you tell us about pets, children or sensitivities. If you have a specific product you prefer us to use, just let us know and we'll accommodate where possible.

Question 2

Are you registered and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Deep Clean Colorado is a registered Colorado business and is insured, so every visit is covered, protecting your home. Colorado doesn't require a state license for residential cleaning. A certificate of insurance is available on request, and if your property needs special coverage, we can handle it in a written agreement.

Question 3

When do I pay?

Accepted Answer

A 20% deposit holds your date when you book — that's all you pay upfront, and it counts toward your total. The balance is charged to the same card on the day of your cleaning, never before. That deposit also holds a specific crew for a specific morning, so it belongs to the booking rather than coming back as cash. Plans change, and that's fine: reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice and your deposit moves with you to the new date, at no cost.

Question 4

How soon can you come?

Accepted Answer

As soon as tomorrow. Bookings open 24 hours out, which gives us time to assign the right crew to your home — and it means the slot you pick is a slot we can actually staff. You'll see live availability when you book, and the whole thing takes about a minute.

Question 5

Do you offer recurring service plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our Subscription/Membership plans are our most popular option, and they're built differently than typical cleaning subscriptions. Instead of a fixed checklist, every visit our team identifies what your home needs most and dedicates focused, extra time to it — so deep-clean-level attention happens continuously, not as a separate expensive visit you have to book later. Choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits at a locked-in discounted rate, with priority scheduling. You can start your membership directly through our Square booking page.

Question 6

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve the greater Denver metro area including Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Englewood, Centennial, Parker, Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, Lone Tree, Castle Rock, and surrounding communities. Not sure if we cover your area? Just text us.

Question 7

How long does a cleaning take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size and condition of your home. A regular clean for a 2-bedroom apartment typically takes 2–3 hours with a 2-person team. A deep clean or move-out clean can take 4–6 hours. We'll give you a more accurate time estimate when you book based on your specific situation.

Question 8

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

We stand behind our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If anything wasn't cleaned to your standard, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we'll return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our priority — no hassle, no questions asked.

Question 9

How do I prepare for my cleaning appointment?

Accepted Answer

To get the most out of your clean, we recommend tidying up loose items (toys, clothing, dishes) so our team can focus on actual cleaning. Secure or put away any valuables or sensitive items. You do not need to be home — many clients provide a key or access code. We'll send you a reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

Question 10

What's the difference between a Regular Clean and a Deep Clean?

Accepted Answer

A Regular Clean covers the standard maintenance areas: surfaces, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas — perfect for keeping a home in great shape. A Deep Clean goes further: detailed kitchen and bathroom surfaces, cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors, the inside of the microwave, and baseboards, doors and trim. Inside the oven, fridge and cabinets are optional add-ons for a Deep Clean (they are included in a Move-In / Move-Out clean when empty). We recommend a Deep Clean for first-time clients or homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in 3+ months.
