Average House Cleaning Prices in Englewood, CO
What house cleaning actually costs in Englewood and the south Denver Metro, what drives the number up or down, and why hourly quotes and flat quotes aren't comparable.
September 1, 2026 · Deep Clean Colorado
Cleaning prices are unusually hard to compare, because two companies quoting the same house are often quoting two different jobs. One includes the inside of the oven; one doesn't. One is per hour; one is flat. The numbers look comparable and aren't.
So rather than give you an "average" that hides all of that, here's our actual pricing and an explanation of what moves it.
What we charge
Flat rates by property type and size, for Englewood and the surrounding south metro:
| Service | Range |
|---|---|
| Regular cleaning | $130 – $720 |
| Deep cleaning | $200 – $980 |
| Move-in / move-out | $280 – $1,250 |
| Membership | Up to 45% off, locked in |
Apartments and condos start at the bottom of each range. Houses are priced by square footage up to 4,499 sqft. The exact number for your property appears before you book — you don't get an estimate that grows on the day.
That's a wide spread, so here's what actually determines where you land in it.
What moves the price
Square footage. The primary factor, and the one that has the largest effect. A one-bedroom condo near Englewood Station and a five-bedroom house in Cherry Hills Village are not close.
Number of bathrooms. Bathrooms take longer per square foot than any other room by a wide margin. Two houses of identical size with two and four bathrooms are meaningfully different jobs.
Service type. Deep cleaning adds the inside of the oven and refrigerator, baseboards, light fixtures, window sills, cabinet fronts and grout lines. That's not a premium on the same work — it's additional work.
Condition and interval. A house cleaned every two weeks and a house cleaned once a year are different jobs at the same square footage.
Add-ons. Pet treatment, interior windows, and similar extras are quoted separately rather than folded into a vague number.
Why hourly quotes look cheaper and often aren't
An hourly quote — "$45 an hour" — sounds transparent and isn't, because you don't know the hours. Two cleaners for five hours is $450, and you find that out at the end.
It also puts your interests against the crew's. You want the house clean; the clock wants the day to be long. Flat pricing removes that entirely: the number is known before anyone starts, and if the job takes longer than expected, that's ours to absorb, not yours.
When you're comparing quotes, this is the first thing to normalize. Ask every company for a total, not a rate.
What the cheapest quote is actually cutting
If one quote comes in far below the others, the difference is coming from one of three places, and it's worth knowing which.
Scope. The most common. The cheap quote excludes the oven, the fridge, the baseboards, the windows — the parts that take time. It's a smaller job, correctly priced.
Insurance and background checks. These cost money and some companies skip them. You find out whether it mattered only if something goes wrong.
The cleaner's pay. This is the one nobody discusses. On some app-based platforms, a customer pays around $100 for a service and the person doing the work receives closer to $45. The rest is the platform's. The predictable result is high turnover, no continuity, and a different stranger in your house every time.
That gap is the reason this company exists in its current form. We'd rather charge a fair price, pay the crew properly, and send you the same people — because a crew that's been to your house eleven times does better work than a crew that's never seen it, and it isn't a close comparison.
When a membership changes the math
If you're cleaning regularly, the per-visit price on a recurring plan drops substantially — up to 45% against one-off rates — and the visits do more than maintain. Every visit the crew gives extra attention to whatever the house needs most, so deep-clean-level care happens continuously rather than as a separate booking twice a year.
For a house that's lived in hard, that usually costs less annually than routine cleaning plus two deep cleans, and the house sits at a higher baseline the whole time. The full comparison is here.
